Mark Roberts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic advisory, business mentoring, and management consulting. Currently serving as Non Executive Chair at TEV Ltd. since January 2021 and as Owner of Hilltop Horizons Ltd. since March 2014, Mark provides advisory support for entrepreneurial owners, focusing on business succession, strategic development, and sales performance improvement. As Chair of the Management & Advisory Board at BHP, Mark leads a consulting practice that assists clients across Yorkshire in implementing strategic objectives. Previously, Mark held leadership roles at Andrew Page Ltd., including Managing Director and Non-Executive Advisor, where significant business expansion was achieved. Mark's career commenced at Robert Bosch Limited as Divisional Director, with full P&L responsibility for the UK Aftermarket business. Mark holds a BA (Hons) in Politics with Economics from Loughborough University.
