Mark Stanbrook has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mark started their career as a self-employed IT contractor, working their way up from desktop support to enterprise email and Linux systems engineer. Mark has extensive experience in various sectors, including finance, government, health, technology, and manufacturing. Mark has worked with a wide range of technologies such as DOS, Netware, Active Directory, HPUX, OpenMail, MS Mail, Exchange, Domino, IPX, and TCP networks.

In their most recent role at TetraScience, Mark served as the Customer Support Technical Lead, leading the establishment of the European Customer Support organization. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Technical Support Engineer at Synchronoss Technologies, providing third-line support for large-scale messaging and email security platforms. Mark also held positions as an EMEA Technical Support Team Leader at both Openwave Messaging, Inc. and Critical Path. At Mirapoint Inc, they served as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, responsible for third and fourth-line support across the product range.

Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated strong skills in Linux system administration, email protocols, and customer service.

Mark Stanbrook attended Bristol Grammar School from 1985 to 1992. Mark then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Physics with Computing at Queen Mary University of London from 1993 to 1997.
