Thomas Reilly currently serves as the Division President for Global Development Services at Tetra Tech, overseeing an $800 million division with operations in the US, UK, and Australia, as well as managing a workforce of over 5000 employees across more than 100 countries. With extensive experience at Tetra Tech ARD since 2003, Reilly has held multiple leadership roles, including President, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Technical Advisor, focusing on diverse technical sectors and managing projects funded by various U.S. government agencies and international organizations. Prior to Tetra Tech, Reilly worked as Chief of Party at Chemonics International Inc, Team Leader for the USAID initiative to modernize the Guatemalan Congress, and Internal Audit Team Leader for Catholic Relief Services. Reilly holds a Master's degree in International Affairs with a specialization in International Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Georgetown University.
