Regulo Alvarez is an accomplished professional in the field of petroleum engineering, currently serving as Senior Vice President Consulting at Tetra Tech and previously holding the same title at RPS Group. Alvarez holds a Master's Degree with Honors in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, obtained between 2000 and 2001, and a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Zulia, earned from 1986 to 1990.
