Ashley DeFrancesco has extensive experience in business development and project management, currently serving as a Proposal Lead at Tetra Tech since June 2015. In this role, Ashley identifies and tracks business opportunities, collaborates on technical proposals, and supports marketing efforts while developing strategic plans and budgets for the PWR division. Previous roles included Project Controller and Training Coordinator at Tetra Tech, where responsibilities ranged from project lifecycle support and cost control to training plan updates. Prior experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Randal Brown & Associates Engineering Ltd. and an internship at Fashion Weekly Magazine, where Ashley produced articles and coordinated fashion shoots. Ashley holds a certificate in Medical Terminology from Centennial College and attended Seneca Polytechnic from 2006 to 2008.
