Luiz Freire is an experienced executive with a strong background in the energy sector, currently serving as the Vice President for South America at TETRA Technologies since May 2011. Previously, Luiz held multiple roles at Halliburton from 2008 to May 2011, including Middle East/North Africa Wireline and Perforating Region Manager, Country Vice President for Angola, and Angola VP. Luiz Freire earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, attending the Mays Business School from 2006 to 2008.
