Xia Tran is a Mechanical Engineer with diverse experience in various roles within the engineering sector. Currently employed at Tetra Pak since October 2024, Xia previously worked as a Mechanical Engineer Consultant for Saab and OIM Sweden AB from January 2023 to September 2024. Prior consultancy roles included a position at Knightec from May 2021 to August 2022 and a mechanical engineering consultant role at Tetra Pak during the same period. Responsibilities included creating and simplifying 3D CAD components, programming AutoCAD for packaging line layouts, and project coordination. Earlier experience at Grönsakshallen Sorunda involved packing and ensuring accurate orders for fruits, vegetables, and dairy products from May 2011 to May 2021. Xia also completed a Master Thesis Project at IKEA in 2020 focused on understanding customer preferences for pillows. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Industrial Design from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
