Sebastien Thierry is the Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel at Tetra Pak, currently serving in this role since 2022, with an acting position as EVP of Sustainability and Communication from January to June 2024. Previously, Sebastien held the position of General Secretary at Rexel from December 2014 to December 2021, where responsibilities included oversight of Legal, Compliance, and Sustainable Development, as well as serving as Secretary of the Board of Directors. Other notable roles include VP General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Airbus Defence and Space from November 2009 to November 2014, General Counsel for South and South East Asia at Alcatel-Lucent from September 2007 to October 2009, and Deputy General Counsel at Alcatel Shanghai Bell from December 2004 to August 2007. Sebastien's legal career began as Legal Counsel at Alcatel and Europe*Star from 1998 to 2004. Educated at INSEAD and Université Paris Nanterre, Sebastien holds an Executive Programme degree and a Master's degree in International Law and Legal Studies, respectively.
