Fred Lin is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in mobile and frontend development. Currently serving as Mobile Team Lead at Tether.io since September 2024, Fred previously held the position of Senior Mobile & Frontend Engineer at Bitfinex from June 2018 to September 2024, where Fred was instrumental in the release and maintenance of the Bitfinex Mobile App for Android and iOS. Fred has also contributed significantly to the tech community as an Organizer for GDG Taipei from December 2010 to December 2021 and worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Mozilla Taiwan, enhancing the Firefox onboarding experience. Fred's career began at Delta Networks in router firmware development before moving to Delta Electronics, where Fred led a team in developing in-classroom education services. Fred holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor's degree from National Dong Hwa University, focusing on network mobility and electrical engineering.
