Merlin de Graaf is an experienced professional in talent marketplace management and strategic consulting, currently serving as the Head of Talent Marketplace at TestGorilla since May 2024. Previously, Merlin worked as an Independent Consultant at Sweav from September 2023 to April 2024, and held the position of Strategy Director at Vinted/Kleiderkreisel from September 2021 to December 2022, following the acquisition of BLOOM, a company founded by Merlin in June 2013. In addition to diverse roles, including mentorship at Startupbootcamp from February 2015 to December 2017, Merlin co-founded several ventures, such as Brokjespiloot.nl and Squarefield, and contributed as a Senior Consultant at Harvest from September 2011 to May 2013.
