Jeff Hotz is the founder and CEO of TESTCo, a position held since November 2002, with a primary focus on sales and marketing. Prior experience includes serving as Partner and Co-Founder at Calavista, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed marketing, lead generation, and project management. Jeff also held roles as VP of Customer Service at Aviri, Inc., and VP of Customer Operations at carOrder.com, overseeing substantial teams and customer service processes. Earlier career stages included various managerial positions at Trilogy and a project management role at Cambridge Technology Partners. Jeff earned an MBA in Agricultural Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Sul Ross State University and Texas A&M University.
