Cristina Nistor has worked in various roles since 2004. Cristina began their career as the Quality Manager and IT Manager at Colegio Ingles for Telinet/Zentius. From 2007 to 2008, they were the IT Head at Securitas, where they managed the IT department and implemented business process reengineering through IT solutions. From 2008 to 2011, they were the Director of PMO and Project Manager at Interfactura, where they administered internal and expansion projects and managed the development of new products. In 2011, they became the CoFounder of both IRuleYouFail and Contabot. Finally, since 2010, Cristina has been the Director of Operations in Mexico for TESTCo, where they are focused on clients' fulfillment.

Cristina Nistor obtained a Program Manager certificate from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2010. From 1998 to 2003, they earned a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Universitatea “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași. Prior to that, they obtained a BS from Liceului de Informatică "Grigore C. Moisil" from 1994 to 1998.
