Cllr Mark Leech FBII currently serves as Operations Manager for Punch Pubs & Co, overseeing operations in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight since August 2022. As Borough Councillor for Andover Millway with the Conservative Party and an Executive Council Member for the North West Hampshire Conservative Association, Mark plays an active role in local governance. Additionally, Mark is a Director at Andover BID and has previously stood as a council candidate for the same ward. Mark's extensive career in operations includes various leadership roles at Marston's PLC and experience in hospitality management with Blue Diamond Group and InterContinental Hotels Group. Mark's educational background includes studies in Computing and Business at Keele University and NUL College.
