Before joining Test Rite, Chialin Wu had worked for e-commerce websites, media companies, and brand retailers. With 22 years of experience managing online and off-line distribution channels, Wu is committed to enhancing the Group’s digital soft power. She led the launch of the Test Rite Plus (TR+) online shopping platform, which has been growing by 20%–30% every year since its inception. In 2018, the November 11 Shopping Festival campaign leveraged Test Rite Retail’s online and off-line channels for a record-breaking single-day sales figure.
In addition to e-commerce, Wu is also in charge of brand distribution deals spanning from world-renowned beddings brand, to kitchen supplies, home appliances, and furniture brands. Her tireless integration of online and off-line channels allowed her department to double its profitability in 2020, with a whopping 40% growth through online channels alone.
