JagaDEesh Sundar is an experienced Talent Manager currently employed at Tessolve, overseeing talent acquisition and management in the USA, as well as previously managing the mixed-signal design and layout business unit in India. Prior to Tessolve, JagaDEesh served at HCL Technologies for over six years, where significant achievements included recruiting and onboarding over 400 lateral semiconductor engineers and leading teams within the VLSI business unit. JagaDEesh also held various leadership roles in talent acquisition at Mirafra Technologies, Synapse Design Inc., CareerNet Technologies, and Aim Plus Staffing Solutions, demonstrating expertise in recruitment across different regions and verticals within the semiconductor industry. JagaDEesh's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Bangalore University and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from CMR Group of Institutions.
