Shana Orr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and relationship management. Currently serving as the Director of Onboarding at Tessitura Network since May 2016, Shana has previously held the position of Ticketing & Patron Services Manager at Alliance Theatre, where responsibilities included building and maintaining patron relationships to enhance the customer experience. Shana's earlier career includes roles at Regions Bank/Morgan Keegan & Co. as a Registered Sales Assistant, contributing to significant asset growth, and as a Sales Assistant at UBS/Paine Webber, facilitating asset liquidation for nonprofit organizations. Shana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from Winthrop University.
