Rachael Swann is a skilled project coordinator currently at Tessitura since August 2022, with a robust background in ticket services and guest management in various prestigious arts organizations. Previous roles include Ticket Services Manager at Goodman Theatre and Box Office and Guest Services Manager at Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Rachael also served as Assistant Manager of the Box Office at the Chicago Architecture Center, managing staff and promoting diverse tours, and worked as a Hospitality Host at Ryman Auditorium, coordinating events for notable artists. A Producing Assistant at Young Playwrights' Theater, Rachael supported development and programming initiatives. Rachael holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Theatre Arts Management from Middle Tennessee State University and additional certifications in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and continuing education from relevant institutions.
