Christopher Hall is an experienced professional in technical consulting and support, currently serving as a Support Escalation Specialist and Technical Consultant at Tessitura Network since March 2014. With a focus on operational excellence for arts and cultural organizations, Christopher assists over 400 network members utilizing Tessitura Software. Prior to this, Christopher held roles as an SSRS Developer at Heartland Crop Insurance, Inc., where advanced SSRS development was the focus, and as a Business Solution Consultant at NetStandard, Inc., enhancing efficiency for small to mid-sized businesses. Additionally, Christopher worked at Cactus Software as a Business Analyst, specializing in data analysis and migration, and as a Senior Technical Trainer, responsible for onsite training and developing custom agendas.
