Michael Monte is a Senior Engineer II at Tessera Therapeutics since May 2022, focusing on the development of lipid nanoparticles for extrahepatic delivery. Prior to this, Michael held various positions including Senior Research Associate at Sanofi, following the acquisition of Tidal Therapeutics, where work centered on targeted lipid nanoparticles for in vivo CAR-T therapy. Michael contributed to Tidal's development of an in-vivo immune system reprogramming platform as a Senior Research Associate and engaged in lipid nanoparticle formulation and analytical development. Earlier experience includes co-op roles in process development and portfolio data analysis, alongside internships in engineering. Michael earned a Master of Science in Bioengineering from Tufts University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
