Andrew Stone, PE, currently serves as a Partner at Perimeter Properties since June 2020 and has held the position of President at Black Creek - Chattanooga since June 2016. In addition, since August 2016, Andrew has been a Principal at Tessera Development, LLC. Andrew was previously the Principal and Founder of Stone + Howorth, PLC, which provided geotechnical engineering consulting services from July 2012 to December 2018, and also served as Principal and Founder at Priam Capital, a boutique investment fund sponsor, from January 2010 to December 2018. Earlier in Andrew's career, work included roles as a Project Engineer at Jacobs Associates for the DC Clean Rivers Project from 2010 to July 2012 and as a Tunnel Engineer at Hatch Mott MacDonald from 2006 to 2010. Andrew completed a Master of Engineering in Geotechnical Engineering at Cornell University in 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Vanderbilt University in 2005.
