Joeri Rogiers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as the Innovation Manager for Process & Technology at Tessenderlo Group since May 2001. Joeri has held various roles, including Pilot & Technical Team Manager and Project Technical Manager for the Pilot Plant, focusing on the development of new products and chemical production processes. As Project Manager for the R&D BU Pharma, Joeri has successfully managed projects involving route selection, cost calculations, and organic synthesis, leading a team of chemists to develop scalable manufacturing processes. Prior to this, Joeri worked as a Research Chemist at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven from 1997 to 2001 and holds a PhD in Organic Synthesis from KU Leuven, complemented by an education at Vlerick Business School.
