Hritwik Singhal is a skilled Platform Engineer currently working at Tessell since September 2024. Previously, Hritwik served as a Site Reliability Engineer at Media.net from January 2022 to July 2024, where significant accomplishments included leading the deployment of Zeppelin and Hue for 1000 developers, achieving a 50% reduction in deployment time through optimized secret management using Nix and SOPS, and scaling a Hadoop cluster on GCP with Nix and Terraform. Additionally, Hritwik conducted detailed analysis of Java garbage collection times and optimized cluster performance by fine-tuning GC parameters and heap size.
