Sundar Parthasarathy is a seasoned product management and user experience professional with extensive experience in various technology sectors. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager at Tesla since December 2022, Sundar oversees the company's Applicant Tracking System to support global hiring efforts. Previously, as Senior Product Manager and Designer at Reva Technology from August 2016 to November 2022, Sundar led roadmap planning and product implementations while engaging with multi-family customers to align product strategies with business goals. Prior to this role, Sundar was a Senior User Experience Designer at Varian Medical Systems and contributed to the design of multi-platform applications, including mobile and web interfaces, while managing design teams and research efforts. Early career experiences at Hawkes Learning Systems and Tata Consultancy Services involved product development and UX improvements for educational applications and 3D visualization software, respectively. Sundar holds a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
