Matthew Surprenant has extensive experience in workplace operations and management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Fulfillment Center Associate at Amazon since November 2023, Matthew previously held significant roles at Uber, including Workplace Operations System Coordinator and Workplace Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing Jira Service Desk and building Jira portals for various teams. Prior experiences feature roles as Workplace Experience Manager at Rocket Fuel Inc., Market Research Analyst at Samirian Chemicals, Workflow Manager at Knight Printing, and Database Administrator and Shipping & Inventory Coordinator at Titan Machinery. Matthew holds two Master of Business Administration degrees from NDSU College of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Concordia College.
