Joshua Joseph is an Associate Process Engineer at Tesla since January 2024, focusing on optimizing the Cybertruck's chassis, doors, and final manufacturing lines. Previously, Joshua held the role of Technical Program Manager at Tesla, where significant achievements included designing and commissioning Cybertruck production lines, aligning cross-functional teams, and improving safety and ergonomics across workstations. Joshua's experience also encompasses manufacturing engineering, where a low-cost assistive device for children with disabilities was developed, and leadership roles in academia as a course assistant and mentor at Northeastern University, emphasizing Industry 4.0 technologies. Joshua holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
