Ashutosh Kumar is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as HR Lead for Tesla India since August 2021, Ashutosh plays a key role in establishing the company’s presence in India and leading its HR initiatives. Prior to this, Ashutosh held senior HR management positions at Reliance Retail, overseeing recruitment and operations for a large workforce, as well as executing leadership hiring at Wipro Limited, and recruiting for technology divisions at DXC Technology. Ashutosh began the career at ABC Consultants, providing talent acquisition solutions across various industries, and completed an internship at Tata Motors focused on learning and development. Ashutosh holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology from National Institute of Fashion Technology in Mumbai.
