David Barresi is a sales engineer with extensive experience in the field of electron microscopy and focused ion beam technologies. Currently, David has been with TESCAN ORSAY HOLDING, a.s. since May 2014, overseeing the distribution, commercialization, and marketing of TESCAN's scanning electron microscopes and focused ion beam systems for TESCAN FRANCE. Prior to this role, David served as a sales engineer at ELOISE from May 2008 to April 2014, where responsibilities included the distribution of TESCAN microscopes and EDAX microanalysis systems. David’s technical background includes a position at imec, where a master's thesis was conducted on TiTiN barriers and electromigration, as well as an earlier role as a technician at STMicroelectronics, providing support in physical characterization laboratories. David holds a master’s degree in semiconductor physics from Université de Toulon and has completed engineering studies at Polytech Lyon and preparatory classes at CIV in Sophia-Antipolis.
