Florian Pöpleu has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Florian started their career as an Account Manager at GGH MullenLowe, where they managed clients from various industries and handled customer management, creative briefs, project management, and billing.
Florian then transitioned to Univention, a specialized IT company, where they worked as an Online Marketing Manager. In this role, they developed and executed digital marketing strategies, managed the company's online channels, including the website, social media, search, and CRM, and utilized web analytics for KPI-driven activities.
After their tenure at Univention, Florian joined Philips as the Digital Specialist, responsible for managing B2B healthcare websites, SEO, SEA activities, CRM support, and improving analytics dashboards. Florian later advanced to become the Head of Digital D/A/CH, leading a team of digital experts overseeing all digital marketing channels in the DACH market. In their subsequent role as the Head of Digital, eCommerce & Marketing Operations B2B Healthcare D/A/CH, they further expanded their responsibilities to include eCommerce and marketing operations.
Most recently, Florian has been serving as the Head of Marketing D/A/CH and a Board Member at Philips. In this position, they contribute to the company's marketing strategy development and implementation for the DACH region.
Florian is currently in the future position of Global Head of Marketing & Sales Processes and Digital Solutions at tesa.
Florian Pöpleu obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourism & Event Management from Euro Business College Hamburg, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
