Gary McGillan currently serves as the R&D Manager at TES Group since November 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at E+I Engineering, where Gary held the positions of R&D Manager, Senior Design Engineer, and Design Engineer from September 2012 to November 2022. Gary possesses a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering obtained from NWRC (2008-2010) and a BTEC National Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering from NWRC (January 2006 - April 2008).
