Kimmy Watson, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the US Head of People Operations at Terviva since January 2020, bringing extensive experience in employee engagement and office management. Previous roles include Operations and Project Manager at Grand Lake Kitchen, General Manager at Better Bakeries, Inc. and The Slanted Door Group, Community Advocate at Good Eggs, and Assistant General Manager and Wine Director at Bar Tartine. Kimmy Watson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Spanish from the University of California, Riverside, and is currently pursuing further education at Golden Gate University, with enrollment beginning in September 2024.
