Niklas Jalonen has a diverse work experience starting from telemarketing at Jatopal oy in 2013 to their recent role as Director of Resource Allocation, Planning and Optimization at Terveystalo from 2018 onwards. Their roles encompass customer service management, revenue optimization, business transformation, and leadership in different organizations like Prodeko Ventures, Slush, KONE, Aalto University, aTalent Recruiting, and Stockmann. Niklas has showcased proficiency in driving operational efficiencies, developing innovative solutions, and fostering valuable relationships throughout their career.

Niklas Jalonen completed their high school education at Olarin lukio from 2011 to 2014. Niklas then attended The Finnish Defence Forces in 2014-2015 to earn the title of Corporal in Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Technology with a focus on Industrial Engineering at Aalto University from 2015 to 2018. Niklas furthered their education at Aalto University, graduating with a Master of Science in Technology specializing in Strategy & Venturing from 2018 to 2020.
