Karen Carter, MBA, CHC, currently holds the positions of Chief of Staff and Chief Compliance Officer at Terros Health, where employment began in December 2017. Prior to this role, Karen served as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Corporate Office Manager at Mountain Park Health Center from February 2011 to December 2017, effectively managing communications for the CEO. Previous experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant at Life Link Church and Wet Paint Contracting, LLC, and a Regional Manager at Medical Capital Recovery. Karen’s career also encompasses providing administrative support to C-suite executives at Maricopa Integrated Health System and Coffman & Associates. Karen holds two MBAs in Business Administration and Healthcare from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Southwest Baptist University.
