Alec Benavides is an Occupational Therapist currently employed at TERRIO Physical Therapy-Fitness, Inc. since November 2019, where also serves as a Physical Therapy Aide. Benavides has a diverse background in coaching and therapy, including roles as Assistant Track and Field Coach at Stockdale High School from January 2020 to July 2024 and as a Physical Therapy Aide at Engage Physical Therapy from August 2019 to February 2020. Additional experience includes serving as a Laborer for the Netflix production 'Colin in Black & White' and various positions in sports coaching and support during Benavides' academic journey. Benavides holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University, Bakersfield and a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University.
