Thomas Callens has extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as Directeur de production Asie / Amérique Latine at Terres d'Aventure since October 2014. In this role, Thomas oversees the strategic management and development of travel offerings in Asia, Oceania, and South America, leading a team of product managers and production assistants. Previous positions include Chef de produit for the Himalayan region and individual travel in Latin America, showcasing expertise in developing high-quality adventure travel experiences. Prior to Terres d'Aventure, Thomas held various roles in sales and production, including at Tierras De Los Andes and Decathlon France, demonstrating a strong skill set in client relations, operational management, and logistics. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Sport, Health, and Society, specializing in leisure, environment, sport, and tourism from Université Grenoble Alpes.
