Augustin Michel serves as the Deputy CEO of the Nutrition and Animal Health Business Unit at Groupe Terrena since March 2023, overseeing a workforce of 500 and managing 14 factories. Previously, Augustin was a consultant at ODC Consulting, guiding the leadership team of Ceresia in their commercial transformation plan. A significant tenure at Axereal from 2014 to 2022 included roles as Head of Commercial Networks and Managing Director across multiple divisions, contributing to substantial revenue generation. Other notable positions held include Export Director for EMEA at Neovia Group and various managerial roles at InVivo, with initial experience as a Junior Product Manager at Lactalis. Augustin holds an MBA in Agribusiness from the Royal Agricultural University and an engineering degree from ESA Angers.
