Jean-Marc Cabay has extensive experience in the cheese industry, currently serving as the Administrateur délégué at Terre de fromages since March 1993 and as an Administrateur at Fromagerie du Plateau since July 2018. Jean-Marc holds a Master's degree in Licence en sciences commerciales et financières from HEC Liège, completed between 1986 and 1991.
