Zach Mikelson is a seasoned investment professional with a background in real estate and finance. Zach currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Terramar Retail Centers, LLC, DBA TRC, where Zach is involved in various aspects of the company's retail portfolio on the West Coast. Prior to this, Zach worked at Donahue Schriber Realty Group and Rosenow Spevacek Group, gaining experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and community development advisory. Zach obtained their MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of California, Irvine, following their Bachelor's degree from the same institution.
