Clayton Carroll, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in geotechnical design and project management. Currently, as Principal and Office Manager at Terracon since July 2017, Clayton oversees geotechnical projects involving deep and shallow foundations and soil stabilization across various sectors. Prior to this, Clayton held the role of Geotechnical Staff Engineer at Braun Intertec Corporation, focusing on geotechnical project management and foundation design. Earlier career experience includes research assistance at the Texas Department of Transportation/University of Texas at Tyler, contributing to significant transportation research projects, and engineering internships at Luminant, involving both operations and engineering divisions. Clayton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Tyler, earned in 2014.
