Thomas Hill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and leadership. Currently serving as Technical Director of Site at TERRA Engineering, Ltd. since May 2024, Thomas previously held the position of Technical Director and Senior Project Engineer at Eriksson Engineering Associates, Ltd. from 1996 to March 2024, where a focus on sustainable site solutions was paramount. In addition to engineering roles, Thomas demonstrated leadership as Area Director for District 30 Toastmasters from July 2023 to July 2024, overseeing multiple clubs and contributing to the district's notable achievements. Thomas began a career in the construction industry as a laborer with D-J Plumbing and has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
