Anne Leister has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Anne is currently a Customer Success Manager at Terra Dotta, LLC, where they build and manages relationships with higher education client accounts. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2022, they worked at Princeton in Latin America (PiLA) in various roles including Managing Director and Program Director. At PiLA, they managed all operational needs, facilitated the transition to remote fellowship placements, and advised fellows.

Before PiLA, Anne worked as an Office Administrator at Caton Construction Group from 2018 to 2019, where they handled administrative tasks and key accounting responsibilities. From 2011 to 2018, they worked as a freelance writer, language services provider, and language school teacher. Anne provided translation, interpretation, and editing services as an independent contractor and taught Spanish and English courses for adults.

Anne also has experience in the education sector. Anne worked as a Lecturer of Spanish at the University of Virginia in 2015-2016, teaching and managing a team of instructors. Prior to that, as a Graduate Teaching Assistant from 2012 to 2015, they taught Intermediate and Advanced Intermediate Spanish and supported the instructor team.

Prior to that, they attended Bucknell University from 2006 to 2010. At Bucknell, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, specializing in English with a concentration in creative writing and Spanish. Anne also pursued a minor in International Relations. In addition to their formal degrees, Anne Leister has acquired additional certifications. In 2022, they completed the "Essential New Skills in Learning & Development" program offered by LinkedIn. Previously, in 2021, they obtained a Business Essentials Online Certificate from the McIntire Business Institute at the University of Virginia.
