M. Gayle Packer serves as the President and CEO of Terracon, overseeing over 4,500 employee-owners across more than 140 offices in the United States since June 2004. Prior experience includes roles as President, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Senior Vice President at Centurions from 2002 to 2004, as well as Attorney roles at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP and Stinson Morrison Hecker from 1999 to 2004. M. Gayle Packer holds an LLM in Agricultural Law from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School, alongside a BA, BS, and MS in Political Science, International Studies, and Agricultural Economics from The Ohio State University.
