Christopher Jones is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with extensive experience in the field of molecular virology and infectious diseases. Since 2019, Christopher has held various leadership roles at Terns Pharmaceuticals, progressing from Associate Director to Senior Director. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2018, Christopher served as a Senior Investigator at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, focusing on viral infectious diseases and innate immunity. Earlier in their career, Christopher worked at Rockefeller University as a Research Associate and Postdoctoral Fellow, specializing in molecular virology, particularly concerning the Hepatitis C virus. Christopher holds a PhD in Virology from Purdue University.
