Otto Miguel Hanson is a founder and attorney with experience in a variety of industries. In 2020, they founded TermScout. From 2016-2020, they worked as an Attorney at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where they were part of the Finance and Acquisitions group. In 2017, they were the Event Director for Phil Weiser for Colorado, a volunteer position. From 2009-2016, they worked as a Business Management Consultant, taking on various consulting and part-time business management jobs. During this time, they were also a Lecturer at the University of Colorado Boulder, teaching a capstone course in Entrepreneurship. In 2015, they were a Student Attorney at the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, representing three startup clients. In 2014, they were an Associate at the Deming Center Venture Fund, helping to find and vet deals for the fund. Otto also worked as a Summer Associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP and as a Legal Intern at Wayin in 2014. In 2013, they were the Human Resources Coordinator at Devil's Thumb Ranch, a position they helped develop.

Otto Miguel Hanson has an extensive education history. Otto obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Colorado in 2016, majoring in Law and Entrepreneurial Law. In 2009, they earned an MBA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, majoring in International Management. Between 2004 and 2008, they obtained a B.A. from Northern Arizona University, majoring in Spanish and Business. In 2009, they also completed a Portuguese course at Middlebury College. In 2012, they obtained an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
