Victor Trejo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and Security (QSHE) management. Currently serving as the QSHE & S Manager at Termolita, Victor oversees QSHE administration for plants and mines across Mexico and the USA. Prior roles include EHS Consultant at Todo Safety, where Victor provided industry-related safety, health, and environmental services, and Global EHS Leader for Large Construction Projects at CEMEX, responsible for safety programs in major global construction projects. Victor has also served as EHS Manager Latin America for TMS International Corporation, focusing on environmental, health, and safety processes in the steel industry, and as an EHS Performance Analyst and Engineering Coordinator at CEMEX, contributing to performance tracking and engineering solutions for operational challenges. Victor holds a master's degree in Administration from Universidad Aut贸noma de Nuevo Le贸n.
