Rachel Mander is the current Head of People & Operations at Termius. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Voice at Tomahawk from October 2016 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for delivering consulting and strategy services to boutique accommodation operators, helping them to understand how Tomahawk’s services and products could best help them grow and/or support their business, while also sharing industry thought leadership and trends.
Rachel has a passion for truly listening to customers and incorporating their feedback so that businesses can understand how to best serve them. Rachel is dedicated to delivering a rewarding customer journey that brings sustainable profitability to businesses and value to customers. In their previous role at Tomahawk, they worked hard to minimise exposure and risk on new projects and clients by identifying gaps between customers’ desired experience and the one received.

Rachel Mander has a coaching and leadership background. Rachel has a double diploma in human resources and business management from an accredited online training program. Additionally, they hold a bachelor's degree in applied social science from the Australian College of Applied Psychology, as well as an advanced diploma in natural therapies from Island Health College in Hobart, Tasmania. Rachel is also a certified hair stylist and beauty therapist, having completed training at TAFE in Hobart. Finally, Rachel has completed their HSC from Mt Carmel College in Sandy Bay, Tasmania.
