Management Accountant at Terminalfour

Zac Adams has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting and finance. Zac started their career at Level 3 Communications as an Assistant Accountant and later transitioned into the role of Billing Analyst. Zac then worked at various companies such as Tax Free Worldwide, OFM Solutions, and Tax Free Worldwide again, in roles such as Reconciliations Assistant, Assistant Accountant (Maternity Cover), and Treasury and Finance Assistant, respectively.

In 2012, Zac joined Park Rite as an Accounts Payable Assistant, where they gained experience in handling high-volume invoice posting, payment arrangements, and supplier queries. Zac also processed staff expenses claims and credit card transactions.

Zac then worked at the Catholic Institute for Deaf People as an Accounts Assistant in 2012, followed by a role as Assistant Management Accountant at Somers, Murphy & Earl from 2013 to 2016. Here, they were responsible for end-to-end preparation of Management Accounts for clients, including posting invoices, bank transactions, reconciliations, and various financial analysis tasks. Zac also handled accounts queries and prepared VAT, VIES, and Intrastat returns.

In 2016, Zac joined Terminal Four as an Assistant Accountant, where they assisted the Head of Finance in the preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts. Zac performed tasks such as posting bank transactions, reconciliation of accounts, review and maintenance of accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers, and handling supplier payment runs and credit control.

Zac then worked at CenturyLink as an Accountant in 2017 before joining TERMINALFOUR in 2018 as a Management Accountant.

Throughout their career, Zac has gained expertise in various accounting tasks, such as preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and financial analysis. Zac has also developed strong skills in communication, supplier management, and handling accounts queries.

Zac Adams began their education in 1999 at the University of Exeter, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Zac completed their studies at Exeter in 2002. Following that, from 2004 to 2010, Zac attended BPP College in Dublin, where they focused on Accounting and Finance and obtained the ACMA CGMA of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (CIMA) degree. Recently, in April 2021, Zac also obtained a certification in Digital Mindset from CIMA.
