Javier Leis Gonzalez has had a diverse range of work experiences over the years. Javier started their career as an Adscripto a Gerencia at El Surco Compañía de Seguros in 1994 and worked there until 1996. Javier then joined Principal Financial Group as an IT Manager from 1996 to 2000. In 2001, they became the IT Manager at Santa Monica Sports and also served as the Gerente de Sistemas at Puntogol until 2009. From 2008 to 2015, they worked as the Gerente de Sistemas at SportClub. In 2015, they joined Allaria Ledesma & Cia. S.A. as part of the Tecnología de la Información y Comunicaciones team and stayed with them until 2019. Next, they worked at Plexus Tech as a Software Developer from 2019 to 2021. After that, they became a Backend Programmer at Admira Networks until 2023. Currently, they are a PHP Web Developer at Terminalfour. Throughout their career, Javier has gained extensive experience in IT management, software development, and web development.

Javier Leis Gonzalez completed their primary education at Industrial Luis A. Huergo from 1988 to 1994. During this time, they earned a degree as a "Tecnico en Electronica de Computadoras" with a specialization in electronics. Afterward, they pursued further studies at Universidad Centro de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Exactas from 1994 to 2008. During this period, they obtained a degree in "Lic. en Sistemas" with a focus on IT.
