Prior to this, Kountinya co-founded Harmoney Inc and Fitket. Kountinya has also held positions at Cricbuzz.com, Sify Technologies Limited, Vodafone, and Ogilvy. Kountinya Sai holds a Master of Business Administration from the Institute of Rural Management and a Bachelor of Science from Loyola College.
