Bruno Laguna Paim is a Senior UX Designer at Teramind since January 2025, previously serving as the Head of Design at Cromai from May 2018 to January 2025. In that role, Bruno managed product design, UX, and UI while leading a team focused on product opportunities in aerial imagery, sensor, and operation tools. Bruno's experience includes positions as Head of Product and Design, Lead Product Designer, and Product Designer at Cromai, where significant contributions were made in AI product development and product strategy. Prior design expertise was gained at StudioIno Arquitetura e Design, where Bruno worked on foodservice equipment, and early career roles included a Catalog Developer at 20-20 Technologies and an intern at Editora Quartier Latin do Brasil and Volkswagen do Brasil. Bruno holds a postgraduate degree in Design Management and a Bachelor's in Product Design from Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo.
