Ally Miller, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Regional HR Partner at Teradyne since October 2024. Previously, Ally held the position of HR Operations Lead at RTX from June 2023 to October 2024 and progressed through various HR roles at Amazon from August 2020 to June 2023, including HR Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to that, Ally worked at Pratt & Whitney from June 2017 to July 2020 in multiple capacities such as Associate HR Advisor and Staffing Specialist. Ally's career commenced as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Massachusetts General Hospital from September 2015 to May 2016. Ally holds a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Suffolk University.
